Kumbu is a team of 6 based in France. Since the very beginning, we decided we'd build an organisation that would allow its members to work remotely, in their chosen location.  Today, we are distributed across 4 cities in France, and sometimes even abroad depending of our travels.

How does this work?

Working remotely isn't really complicated in the web industry, especially when our job roles allow it pretty well. Nonetheless, it requires to adapt our structure to some legal requirements, setting up processes and rituals, but also to use appropriate tools.
